Loop Horizon was founded by Rob McLaughlin and James Alexander. Prior to Loop, they ran the highly successful Decisioning programme at Sky in the UK, and multiple clients have already benefited from their guidance and experience in delivering pragmatic high value solutions.

A combination of visionary and pragmatist, Rob’s expertise in strategic planning, data-driven transformation and marketing technology vision creates solutions which blend established business processes with bleeding edge techniques.
Having worked both as a consultant and in-house he has in depth knowledge of how businesses from multiple verticals can leverage data to power efficiency and growth.
Through leadership across strategy, commercial, technology and data engineering and science teams, James has established a unique understanding of how data, technology, people & processes need to come together to deliver real and significant benefit from data-driven marketing.
James established and led the Decisioning task force at Sky – combining data engineering & science teams with technology delivery teams to drive the adoption of data-driven marketing and service throughout the business – developing extensive best practice in both programme delivery and executive coaching to understand the benefits of data driven strategies in practice.

Rachel has significant customer-focused Marketing delivery experience, with a strong CRM background she’s led departments to innovate across acquisition, retention, reactivation, loyalty, VIP and multi-channel lifecycle marketing
Most recently, as Head of Acquisition & Retention Marketing at Gamesys, she was responsible for optimising Marketing through data, process optimisation and integrated customer feedback
Focusing on customer experience, she strives to bring behavioural data together with integrated customer feedback, to answer the ‘why’ behind customer actions. This enables an even more personalised experience and drives business KPIs
She’s an advocate for team development and works hard to create productive and well motivated teams through coaching

Ethan has significant experience across programme delivery, technology and data exploitation in the telecommunication and media industries
As Head of Transformation at Sky, Ethan led the decisioning and personalisation programmes at Sky; implementing NBA for advisors, a new operating model and tools for customer centric marketing and adoption of advanced analytics. He is an expert in bridging the gap between technical and marketing/operational teams and most recently he led a major transformation programme on data-led proactive and reactive service for all of Sky’s products
Ethan’s focus is Data Engineering, MarTech and Programme Delivery, ensuring on our programmes are on track and benefits realised
Head of Data Architecture & Digital Analytics
Loop’s data and digital analytics expert, with over ten years’ experience working in marketing and technology teams across a number of businesses
Before joining Loop Horizon, Matt’s experience was client-side; in financial services and the media and entertainment industry
Having managed centralised analytics and data collection functions, he’s worked across numerous verticals covering both business and technology teams, giving him the tools to tailor communication effectively on both a strategic and technical level
Matt specialises in data collection strategy, tag management, data layers, analytics tool configuration, reporting and analysis, bringing business stakeholders and development teams closer together in order to better connect data to business performance

Nick has over ten years’ experience working both client-side and as an analytics consultant. Most recently, Nick managed the personalisation programme at Sky
Nick has successfully implemented solutions that deliver business performance uplift across a range of industries with his combination of technical and strategic expertise

Nick is particularly focused on activating first-party data across owned and third-party channels
Head of Data & Analytics
Lindsey has worked in the IT sector for over 25 years, the past 13 within the realm of data and analytics. Having worked client side for much of that time she has been consulting for the past few years helping companies across a range of sectors optimise data collection, storage and activation, most recently leading a team managing solutions for the likes of Adidas, Samsung and Tesco.
Customer focussed, Lindsey is able to use her technical ability and experience to identify opportunities in the activation of first party data to drive acquistion and engagement.
She has wide ranging technical knowledge and is well versed in data collection methodologies, including both the Adobe and Google stacks, data engineering, cloud platforms, and reporting and analysis.

Prithviraj (Prithvi) is a marketing and communications specialist with 17+ years of experience in leading client relationships and strategy across transformation firms, creative and digital agencies. He has led multiple domains, including strategy, account management and integration. He has worked in the UK and India in firms like the Publicis Groupe (Digitas, Leo Burnett, BBH) and Rediffusion Y&R (Ex WPP).

Prior to Loop Horizon, his last two stints were at Genpact UK, one of the top transformation firms in the world, where he focused on Media & Entertainment clients and at Digitas India, where he led 400+ passionate people, driving marketing transformation for top global clients.

Rich is a digital product expert with over 22 years of experience in product management, omnichannel, digital marketing, marketing technology, user experience design, software development, and digital transformation.
Rich is well positioned to drive customer-centric digital experience transformation for large brands which operate within regulated industries, especially pharmaceuticals.
He is seasoned at building relationships with teams across marketing, technology, data & analytics. He is a catalyst for change and provides shape and momentum to programs. Rich infuses his work with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences which drive commercial value at scale.

Phoebos is a Global Life Sciences Product leader with experience across Geographies (US, Europe and rest of world) and Therapy Areas.
He leads digital product teams, setting strategy and vision with a focus on innovation and commercial success. He has extensive experience in achieving significant product outcomes by understanding customer needs, aligning across functions and working with agile teams to optimise feature delivery. Phoebos successfully led a major CRM transformation in GSK, leading to improved adoption of Digital and Omnichannel and enabling Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to better engage with customers virtually and face to face.
He is an expert in Commercial Excellence, with a track record of bringing together Marketing, Sales, Data & Analytics and Tech, to improve Customer Engagement and achieve commercial objectives. Phoebos’ skills include Brand Planning, Selling Excellence, Org Design, Key Account Management, Customer Segmentation & Targeting and Product Launch. With this expertise, he has helped the Leadership Teams of multiple affiliates to increase revenue and improve profitability by reallocating resources and restructuring their business.
