One of the biggest international networking, conference, and events organisations in the FTSE100 set out on a bold digital transformation journey to standardise their technical capabilities and revolutionise the way they bring in, serve, and monetize both new and current customers.
The customer needed help educating the customer success and product teams, supporting and enabling business units, ensuring the adoption of new digital capabilities, driving audience development, and enabling business units to adopt a new data and capability enabled way of working in order to carry out this transformation.
