Client Situation

The client had agreed a >$100m sponsorship with Salesforce which included adoption of Salesforce entire Marketing Cloud solution (including  CDP, Engagement & Personalisation). Migration from the current tech stack needed to be completed in c7 months ahead of a major new Fan engagement proposition. ​

The client was also migrating its Single Fan View from Azure to AWS in parallel. A key objective was to enable the new capability to deliver on advanced activations, while also ensuing minimum technical lock in, anticipating potential change in Sponsorship at end of the 3-year deal.
