Our client, a large UK gift experience company, wanted to align their US web property data collection with their UK property for GA4
They also wanted to improve reporting and dashboard, establishing a new standard for key reports for global roll-out
Designed a data layer for the US site that both aligned with and improved upon the UK implementation
Worked with the development team to implement the data layer, and wrote a living schema as both a reference and a working document to help ensure data quality
Aligned the GTM implementation with the data layer for the US site
Configured GA4 to deliver on the client’s business requirements - with a particular focus on report latency
Created a Big Query data export for the US site, and re-created and improved all of the client’s core dashboards
