Client Situation
- One of the UK's largest travel and insurance groups identified a £400m opportunity: extend customer retention, grow active buyers and increase products per customer, all compounding into higher lifetime value across the Group.
- Capturing it meant consolidating customer data, coordinating communications around segments, and a step change in how marketing used data.
Our Contribution
- Built new LTV and next-best-action (NBA) models, enriched the single customer view with digital data signals and made it actionable.
- Defined and delivered a phased plan from MVP to a fully client-owned solution driving all marketing, including the data and modelling builds and the connections from the central SCV out to marketing endpoints.
- Helped marketing teams understand and adopt the new capabilities, with frameworks and support to take the first activations through to go-live.
- Built Executive and Board understanding of the opportunity, what success required, and when value would land.
