Client Situation

  • Our client had agreed a $100m+ sponsorship with Salesforce, including adoption of the full Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite (CDP, Engagement and Personalisation), with seven months before a major new fan engagement proposition launched.
  • In parallel, it wanted to migrate its Single Fan View from Azure to AWS, and to land both moves with minimal technical and support lock-in.

Our Contribution

  • Deployed a specialist consulting team for architecture and solution design, from high-level blueprint to low-level detail.
  • Worked with Salesforce and AWS teams on detailed integration and delivery plans.
  • Acted as the translation layer into marketing and agency teams, protecting BAU campaigns while the new capabilities landed.
  • After the Salesforce migration, led the full data migration to AWS and introduced more sophisticated activations on the new stack.

  • Salesforce migration completed on time and on budget, enabling the launch of the new fan proposition.
