Client Situation

  • A global gift experience company sought to align the data collected from their UK property for GA4 with that from their US web domain.
  • In addition to this goal, they also desired to enhance the dashboard and reporting, setting a new benchmark for important reports for the worldwide roll-out.

Our Contribution

  • Worked with the development team to create a data layer for the US site that was both in line with and improved upon the UK implementation.
  • Aligned the GTM implementation with the US site's data layer, configured GA4 to meet the client's business requirements (with a focus on report latency in particular).
  • Created a BigQuery data export for the US site and redesigned and enhanced all of the client's core dashboards.

Results

  • A fully aligned GA4 deployment for the US site.
