Client Situation
- The client was commencing their 2-year Digital Transformation strategy, with CDP seen as a key enabler to deliver the change for their customer analytics and data activation capability.
- Loop Horizon identified planning and scoping required to manage a multi-year comprehensive Digital Transformation programme and were asked by the client to deliver the overall roadmap, as well as use-case prioritisation.
Our Contribution
- Ran an extensive programme review covering data, technology and processes, subsequently working with internal and external teams to design multiple deployment scenarios, as well as a detailed, phased global roadmap.
- Reviewed initial CDP use-cases and produced prioritised CDP use-case activation and evolution plans, as well as data gap analysis and proposed data model, required for activation.
- Provided a further wide range of CDP consultancy services, spanning across multiple strategic and operational elements of the programme.
