Nicola is a strong marketing leader with over 24 years experience across the marketing mix. She has worked across various disciplines; from CRM, personalisation and loyalty; growth and performance marketing, digital marketing to marketing planning, strategy and campaign execution; partnerships and propositions and trading promotions.
She is passionate about utilising insights to drive performance, both from core data sources and customer insight, but more recently has been learning about the impact of Behavioural Science on purchasing behaviours and brand loyalty. Nicola is always curious and loves building her knowledge through others.
Aside from work, she has a passion for all things history, is an avid book reader (anything and everything) and absolutely obsessed with collecting houseplants (last count was 45).
