Job Overview
As a Consultant at Loop Horizon, you will be working across a range of client engagements to deliver Marketing-led consultancy services. This Consultant role brings together Digital Marketing strategy development, and delivery, within a collaborative client-facing role. The role requires the application of all component parts of successful and performant digital marketing, including but not limited to: performance strategy, platform application, 1st party data-led targeting, value and measurement frameworks, attribution development, technology, industry innovation, team support, and operating models.
This role will report directly to the Managing Director – Marketing and be part of a wider team of consultants. The role is flexible but 2-3 days a week in the office is preferable.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead client engagements through Discovery, Strategic planning, Activation, and Embedding stages
- Deliver multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Utilise Digital Marketing expertise to extensively explore the client’s situation, needs, and opportunities
- Based on discovery learnings, devise the optimum strategy in line with the client’s strategic goals, appetite, and capability
- Align with Loop Technology Consultancy team to appropriately scope solutions as necessary
- Develop and recommend digital strategies to drive marketing performance and effectiveness through digital channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO, etc), particularly utilising 1st party data-led initiatives
- Align with CRM and offline channel strategies to drive an omnichannel and customer-first approach
- Set and implement appropriate KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting to demonstrate value and enable the client teams to understand and utilise results
- Work with clients to develop operating models which will enable the successful adoption and embedding of performance-driving strategies
- Create client-facing documentation and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders throughout the engagements
- Collaborate proactively with the Loop Horizon Delivery team to ensure smooth and effective engagement delivery
- Highlight and support business development opportunities with new and existing clients
Qualifications
Education level
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business function
Experience/skills
Required
- 5 years+ of Digital Marketing role experience
- Strong experience in developing digital strategy and utilisation of 1st party data
- Strong applied advertising and analytics platform experience and knowledge, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Understanding of data and integration requirements, and campaign opportunities to fully utilise platform capability
- Significant experience in attribution, testing methodologies, and reporting
