About the position

Job Overview

As a Client Lead, you will be a key part of an established team that manages a range of accounts. The role is a highly client facing and commercial one, encompassing client and account management, business development, solutions and strategic selling and project delivery. You will effectively run a mini-business and support Senior Management in developing new accounts.

Managing clients

  • Owning the day-to-day client relationship, making sure that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely way
  • Driving result collation and case study creation for successfully completed projects
  • Owning the commercial management of clients(s), including accurate forecasting and management of pipeline and invoicing

Leading client growth

  • Understanding the dynamics of your client’s business and identify ways in which Loop Horizon’s offerings can help them meet their objectives
  • Working collaboratively with cross-discipline teams to spot and shape solutions for your clients, running Loop Horizon’s internal growth engine to identify opportunities
  • Creating and leveraging networks that result in potential opportunities and leads within your client’s organisation
  • Effectively constructing and telling compelling stories around newly shaped solutions, both orally and in presentations
  • Shaping commercial proposals that showcase value for your clients while ensuring success for Loop Horizon

Contributing to New business development

  • Working alongside the senior management to identify, approach and win new logos
  • Managing overall RFQ processes, ensuring quality output across all functions and work streams
  • Coordinating across teams and disciplines to create pitch materials and solution decks
  • Working with teams to ensure accurate commercial shaping of teams and services

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client development roles
  • Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts
  • Ability to build relationships with decision-makers around a solution/strategic sale
  • Strong leadership characteristics and ability to bring people on the journey with you
  • Great communication skills
  • A team player, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Bonus points for consulting sales experience
